We also present quite frequently, previously in person, these days by webinars and Zoom meetings. Over the years, we have written several texts and distributed them widely. Every time, we find the process elevates our understanding. We also greatly value the feedback and questions that received in response.

While everyone is navigating the many changes imposed by the pandemic, employers additionally must grapple with a shifting legal landscape. This guide is meant to provide clarity as they undertake that journey.
 
 
 
In the days, weeks and months ahead, much will change.
 
  
As new information arises, this guide will be updated continuously. For that reason, it won’t necessarily contain the same information or guidance from one day to the next. It will however, always contain our best current assessment of the state of the environment.
